The Food & Wine Center is pleased to introduce our first sushi making class instructed by Chef Ed Metcalfe, Executive Chef and Owner of Sushimoto’s Chef Services and Culinary Teachings.
Join us for easy-to-follow techniques and tips on knife handling, preparing sushi rice, and selecting only the freshest fish and ingredients, and more, at home.
